  The Royal Brotherhood of Saint Michael - Archdiocese for the Military Services, USA will be celebrating the 10th Anniversary of RISMA-AMS and participating in the International Pilgrimage from 26-28 September in Portugal.

  We will be joined by H.E. Archbishop Timothy Broglio, JCD, the Spiritual Protector of RISMA-AMS and the President of the USCCB.

  
  

  NOTE: Additional details/activities will be added to the General Schedule below as they are finalized. Also, registration for Portugal is separate from the Rome Pilgrimage.

  Jubilee 2025 Pilgrimage to Rome

  The Royal Brotherhood of Saint Michael - Archdiocese for the Military Services, USA will be joining the Universal Church in celebrating the 2025 Jubilee Holy Year as Pilgrims of Hope in Rome from 29 September through 04 October 2025.

  The following schedule is an overview of the itinerary as final details are being arranged. H.R.H. D. Duarte, the Duke of Bragança, will be accompanying RISMA-AMS.

  Due to new requirements, the original tour itinerary is being refined to reflect the unique charisma and needs of RISMA-AMS. Thus, the final cost of the itinerary is being re-evaluated and finalized. If you are able to commit to this pilgrimage without knowledge of the full cost, please register and submit your deposit of $500 per person so we can have a firm head count.

  MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 29 - Rome, Italy

  ALTERNATIVE MORNING DEPARTURE

  • Individual flight departure for Rome, Italy. Check in at Best Western President Hotel in Rome.

  AFTERNOON / EVENING @ 6pm

  • Visit to the Church of Santa Maria della Concezione de Cappuccini with Prayers to Saint Michael
  • Veneration of the most famous depiction of Saint Michael Archangel and visit to the Museum and Crypt
  • Dinner at Castle Sant Angelo where the Apparition of the Archangel Saint Michael took place in 590 AD

  TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 31 - Casamari & Rome, Italy

  • Private coach transfer from the hotel to Casamari Cistercian Monastery. Capitular Mass and Group Lunch.
  • Return to Rome for dinner at local restaurant or hotel, and overnight stay at the Best Western President Hotel in Rome.

  WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 01 - Vatican City & Rome, Italy

  MORNING

  • Private coach transfer from the hotel to the Vatican to attend a Papal Audience in Saint Peter's Square, followed by a Mass.

  AFTERNOON / EVENING

  • Half-day guided tour of the Vatican Museums with an English-speaking guide. Private coach transfer from the Vatican back to the hotel in Rome. Dinner at local restaurant or hotel, and overnight stay at the Best Western President Hotel in Rome.

  THURSDAY, OCTOBER 02 - Rome, Italy

  MORNING

  • Guided tour of the Roman Basilicas. Earphones provided for the full day in Rome.
  • Mass at one of the Basilicas with Holy Doors - Saint John Lateran or Santa Maria Maggiore (To be determined by Celebrant)

  AFTERNOON / EVENING

  • Guided tour of Ancient Rome. Dinner at local restaurant or hotel, and overnight stay at the Best Western President Hotel in Rome.

  FRIDAY, OCTOBER 03 - Rome, Italy

  MORNING

  • Guided tour of the Wonders of Rome (e.g., Colosseum) and local shopping.

  AFTERNOON / EVENING

  • Dinner at local restaurant or hotel, and overnight stay at the Best Western President Hotel in Rome.

  SATURDAY, OCTOBER 04 - OFFICIAL END OF PILGRIMAGE
